7. Bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian,tuang adonan dlm loyang uk 24 dgn dialasi kertas roti.
8. Kukus hingga matang kurleb 15 atau 20 menit.
9. Angkat lalu panas2 digulung dan diberi olesan bc.
10. Lalu simpan dilemari es sebentar.
11. Potong2 dan siap dihidangkan.
12. Resep ini jadi 3 bolgul.
13. Klo saya cuma jadi 2 yg satu ketebalan akhirnya pecah saat digulung hehheeh.
